Does any1 hav good vegetarian recipes 4 me? This may sound crazy, but I'm a chef on a yacht & need new ideas!

I need recipes easy and quick to prepare. I work on Catamarans in the Caribbean, so maybe recipes with an exotic flair. Even original cocktail recipes?

I suggest the "Vegetarian Planet" cookbook by Didi Emmons.

There are lots of delicious recipes in there and many have a caribbean flair.

try to find a copy of vegan vittles--it has some delicious recipes in it.
