The perm will grow out eventually. It would be a waste of money to perm it and then straighten it.

Yes if you get a perm you can still do your hair the way you want it to because the perm don't go away for the next 2-6 weeks.

If the perm goes away ask for your money back. Yes you can still straighten your hair. If you do though please use professional products to protect your hair from the heat and prevent drying.

as long as you do not go washing your hair the next day after the perm you should be ok. your hair when permed goes through a chemical permanent change. thats why they use the rollers to change the wave of your hair, that is permanent. blow drying your hair is temporary and uses no chemicals that will break down the wave permanently. so the next time you wash it, it will return to the same wave you had. so get to straighting.

why would you get a perm so you can straighten your hair? anyways, when you straighten your hair it will make your pern a lot looser and the perm will come out a lot faster.

not too sure i understand why you would want to go to the expense of perming it, only to straighten it. But, I don't see why you can't straighten it - but to be sure, ask a hairdresser
