hey i read your question...my advice would be as follows:
1. consider going to a salon and having a consultation w/ a hairstylist...a more mature, yet trendy haircut might help
2. as far as makeup keep it simple..stay away from colors that arent neutral or subtle..you can never go wrong with warm colors like browns and pale peachy/camel colored tones for the eyes and a simple glossy warm (not dark) red for the lips...Id even go to a cosmetics counter and ask for advice on this as well..they could be helpful
To be honest hair and makeup can make all the difference.. hope this helps some...Take Care!

Put your hair up (not in a ponytail). Use natural looking makeup colors, like browns -- nothing too sparkly, too dark, and not too much. Use eyeliner just line the top of your eye and half of the underneath from the outside in to the middle of your eye. Use mascara and a matte foundation. Wear lipstick, nothing too bright or glossy.
Also, don't wear anything to reveal your age, select clothes that will make you look a little older. And keep your accessories to a minimun.
Hope this helps!

dont wear any bright colors// for makeup use golds and browns. for your hair. if u dont want to get it cut then maybe curl it, that always works and then put it up in a low bun/ponytail with some curls haning out. make sure u wear heels or flats. nothing sandely/summery and deffenatly no tennis shoes .
hope this helps.

use neutral shades of makeup, especially on your eyes..try browns, beiges, and mauve colors. skip the dark black or funky colored eyeliners..if you need to line your eyes try brown. don't go crazy with mascara, just a quick dap..for blush i'd go with a light mauve or a pale peach..try to look as natural as possible..for nail polish stay away from colors..stick with clear and make sure they are clean and neatly trimmed. don't dress trendy for the interview..don't wear jeans. try a nice skirt or dress pants in navy blue, black, or khakiwith a simple white or black shirt. ..no open toed shoes or tennis shoes. try flats or a small heel. for your hair i'd pull it back into a flat pony tail or a small bun/twist on the back of your head. go easy on the perfume. GOOD LUCK!!

Nice and sleek french twists always look sophisticated, so that is an easy way to do your hair and will make you look older. As for make-up, keep it simple. Wear color on only one area (i.e. all neutrals with darker lipstick) and stay away from glitter, shimmer, and anything blue or green on your eyelids and eyelashes!

You don't need to look older my dear. People would give an arm and a leg to have a baby face (me being one of them) Your hair sounds pretty too so don't change anything you are perfect the way you are. Why change it?

make good choices in clothing, make-up, hair, and shoes. use good posture, wear conservative clothes, wear hair up but not in a pony-tail, simple make-up (w/o shimmer), and professional shoes. also, when a person knows how to speak, and carry themself that can go further than looks most of the time.
