Vodka makes me violent, to the extent that I cannot touch it, even mixed in with cocktails or vodka mudshakes. Wine can go either way, I either get really lovey dovey or upset and emotional, I have decided it's better to abstain totally than show myself up any more!

Alcohol has different effects on everyone. It depends on the person really, not the drink. I know this because Vodka makes me very ill and wine gives me an awful headache. Types of alcohol do not trigger emotional responses in people, it depends on how much one drinks and the mood a person is in when they drink.

It may just be you, Vodka tends to give me a more "relaxed" buzz, and wine is almost like a high for me. But alcohol effects everyone differently.

Each person reacts differently to different alcohols.
Personally I can not tolerate vodka, it makes me physically ill with even just the smallest amounts. Yet, tequila, which has the reputation of making people mean, I drink and am the happiest drunk you could ever meet...

It's really dependent upon the persons mood when they start drinking and the individual who drinks. The alcohol enhances these moods. Some people may also have a negative reaction to alcohol...their chemical make up doesn't "go" well with alcohol...they become violent or depressed regardless of what they actually drink.

Alcohol affects us all differently. Vodka has little effect on me other than impairing my motor skills and white wine makes me all giggly. Beer makes me aggressive and babbly...red wine makes me depressed.

I don't know really, my sister cries when she drinks either one. I don't ever cry. Wine relaxes me and Vodka makes me mad sometimes. It makes me speak my mind. I am more likely to hurt someone when I drink Vod.

Vodka is the only sprit i can't drink for the pure reason it makes me sick, I'm never aggresive, drunk or sober. In fact I was out all day saturday, had a gutful of beer and i was sober all day. I can't remember the last time i was drunk!

Good wine makes the person kind of giggly, bad wine makes them agressive or whingy, its absolutely, I have tested it with many people over the years, it also depends on your mood when you start drinking, though.
