All you can do is be yourself, dress nicely, and don't go around looking miserable, this should work.

I’m 31 and married man but have good advice to give. First of all this is the age where we know what we want in our careers, so financial safety can usually be ruled out. With this in mind just sit back and think of what is it you want out of a relationship. If it is only a sexual partner for the time being with probability to grow, then dating should start off with going out a few times before deciding if he is to be your partner. But before you sleep with him let him know that sex is what you are looking for now and maybe something else later.
If you are looking to build a family then I suggest to follow the same rules as above accept do not talk about a long term relationship until after you have shared your bed at least once. Quick talk of marriage tends to make men feel as if they have to make a lifelong commitment just for sex, and men at this age will usually walk away if rules of marriage are placed quickly. The best thing is to allow the relationship to grow and mention commitment when both feel ready to talk about it.
The best tips along the way would be some of these:
Do not smother him with phone calls every 5 minutes.
Do not invade his privacy. Let him share it with you.
Do not judge his habits harshly.
Do not commit him in meeting relatives too soon.
Do not try to change him, accept him as he is.
Good Luck!

First and foremost, dont screw em in the first ten minutes you have known them, there is no respect to be gained there. Just be yourself, they will follow. Most women feel like they have to have sex on the first date, get to know them and let them know you arent a ****.
