St. Marten.

Go to Shoppers Haven. Ask for Ken.
Dicker bargain, dicker some more.
In the Caribbean you never pay asking price.

All the islands have Diamonds International but they are kind of high.

Puerto Rico is high as is the Bahamas.

1. St Marten
2. St Thomas

Since St Thomas is a US possession if you are from the US you have a higher customs allowance.

A genuine new Rolex is hard to find at bargain prices. I don't know where you live, but in San Francisco, Ben Bridge Jewelers has good prices on them. I see someone said Rolexes aren't good watches and keep time badly. They are over-rated, but they are good enough, if not the best brand. Their sports watches are certified chronometers, so they should keep time well enough. I've seen better watches, but most cost even more than Rolexes. I belong to some Yahoo Groups about watches. One has much information about them that I've never seen anywhere else. Another has links to some sources that advertise watches at good prices. If you like, I can give more details about them. One source has Rolexes.

There's a store in St Thomas that has a huge selection of watches. It's on one of the main shopping streets - they have liquor on one end of the store, you walk through a cosmetic/perfume section, and then it's jewelry & rolex watches. They give good discounts and if you are from the US, the customs' duty is less if you buy in St. Thomas.

Get the best deal on a used Rolex watch at The Rolex Exchange. We have a wide and constantly changing selection of pre-owned Rolex watches like the huge Submariner collection for sale to fit any lifestyle or budget. And while we do not guarantee the absolute lowest price on a particular watch, our Rolex watch prices almost always are. So if you are looking for a reputable dealer of authentic used Rolex watches, we invite you to browse through our selection and compare our prices.

The very best place to buy a Rolex would be St. Maarten. When you hit port, ask where in town you can make your purchases duty free.

Try the link below. Otherwise if you're going on a cruise, they can recommend the best shops to buy from (and I'm sure they are certified to be authentic or your money back). If you are not going via cruise, check to see if there is a Little Switzerland, Colombian Emeralds or maybe even Diamonds Int'l.
