i know exactly what you mean. i used to be 96 pounds in my early 20's. i am now 106 lbs at age 28. you need to eat more protein. good sources of protein are eggs, beans and lean meats. also try a supplement like ensure, carnation instant breakfast, or boost. be sure to exercise so that you can gain muscle and not just fat. don't skip meals. and add a couple snacks per day to whatever you normally eat.

Eat a lot of meat, pastas, foods with carbohyrdrates. Don't eat sugars, sweets to gain weight, it'll be all flab. Possibly lift weights to tone your muscles and that will make you gain weight aswell. Hope that was helpful!!

That s easy just eat lots of cereals, Cheese, Whole milk, eggs
meat & potato, get plenty of sleep . do little exercise just to keep
yourself tooned, last but not least Have good sex as often as you
can afford. you will gaining as much as you like.

GO TO A HEALTH FOOD STORE LIKE GNC AND GET THAT PROTEIN SHAKE STUFF THAT THE BODY BUILDERS USE. IT WON'T MAKE YOU REAL BIG.ALSO BUY EITHER ENSURE OR BOOST OR YOU CAN EAT REALLY LATE AT NIGHT THEN GO TO BED

bst way....jst eat ne thing n thn go2 bed....lk eat brkfast go2 bed 4 sm sleep...eat lunch go..............if tht is nt possible thn do tk hvy nite meal n thn go direct 2 bed...no need to do sm physical work espicaly after ur dinner n ur weight ll inc surely
