Our current diet is filled with waaaay too much trans-fat. Trans-fat isn't really recognized by our body - its not absorbed properly. Eventually we just pack on the pounds, bricks of trans-fat on our thighs, hips, butts, stomachs, arms, etc.
If the problem was just plain old regular fat like that in a stick of butter, we'd be able to lose weight that much easier and you very well might have seen some "guarantee" stamped on some weight loss product or exercise routine.

Losing weight is fun and easy. It only takes about 30 mins 3 times a week just for a small workout to see a major difference. And as for the fast part... well i think the time put in is worth the weight :)

I wish that hunger flee! So once again my toes I see. Healing energy now expand to every part of me. This is my command I wish it, so mote it be. Say this while taking 4 SHORT walks or jogs per day. Start with a cleansing diet (eat only 14 large raw tomatoes or med sized oranges per day for three days) Slowly cut back on the portion sizes of your meal. (No hi carb diets, eat a balanced meal) Drink at least 6 liters of water per day... this is the key to losing weight. Losing weight is just a matter of disciplined will (I just went from 235 lbs to190lbs in 5 months).

I agree with Miss Texas. You didn't become fat over night. The food and drinks to accomplish that were costly. Actually losing weight will cost less, as you should eat less, watch less t.v. and drink water, not soda or alcohol.

It was easy to maintain weight and be slim in the time before the advent of the television and the car. People worked hard, and were tough as atheletes. The car and the tv are the worst inventions ever because of this.
