police when I talk openly on drugs or similar things here in Answers..If so what happens?Jail?

No you cannot get in trouble for talking about anything. Freedom of Speech includes the internet. Unless you are a huge drug dealer, then I wouldn't talk about it on here because they might use it to find you. They are not worried about users, just big time dealers.

You are protected to some degree by the First Amendment, however you are not protected when such speech is intended to inflame, threaten or intimidate, as well as other language that would violate your local laws. So in other words you can talk about drugs but you need to be aware of how others will react to your speech. . . That should be worth 10 points

Be careful because everything is considered "Conspiracy" these days. A person can say you deal drugs and not even know you and it will be held as truth in a court of law. I wouldn't talk about it, unless it's like a joke.
