I use about 2/3 oil to 1/3 vinegar. Someone gave me a salad dressing container from Pampered Chef, I love it, it hass several easy to do recipes for salad dressings on the side with lines for how much oil and vinegar to put for each dressing- the italian recipe is the best I have tried

I use like 3:1 vinegar to oil

It depends on your tastes. I use 1:1, then add a little sugar to cut the vinegar.

it varies- partly to your taste, and partly due to what you are using it on.


1 to 3 is the high range i am used to.

1 to 5 is the low range
