A simple solution is to mulitply the celsius temperature by 2 and then add 31 (32 - 1). It's not the exact science, but It will give you the right answer 97% of the time.

Tc = (5/9)*(Tf-32)
Tc = temperature in degrees Celsius
Tf = temperature in degrees Fahrenheit

Easier C to F calc is:

(( - 10%) * 2) + 32
