he always comes on tp me. one time at a party he started to take my clothes off. he is a okay man but i was going to get married and then he told by fiance we did it and we did not.

"I don't like you"...if he doesn't understand English then maybe you need to file a complaint. If there is noone above him,then you should consider quitting.
