I need a bible verse that would refer to a gift from God to put on my adoption announcements. This is a serious question so please no crude remarks or jokes.

"God saved you. by his grace when. you believed. And you can't take credit. for this; it is a gift from God." —EPHESIANS 2:8
Its the only "gift from God" verse I could find specifically, but Im not sure it would fit your purpose. Maybe:
However motherhood comes to you, it's a miracle.
You could swap miracle with gift from God.
I prayed for this child, and the LORD has granted me what I asked of him.
---1 Samuel 1:27
That one was in the Bible.

Any gift from God? Because there are places where it says God is the giver of all good things...you can look it up on an online Bible
