honestly probably the USA simply because the politics of the USA in trying to take over the world are corrupt and Americans consume more world resources per person than people in any other nation.. make the USA the number one threat to the planet as a whole...
or else India.. because its terribly over populated...

id jus chuck it into the air and let nature take its course...which ever country it lands on will be obliterated...however, id have to be standing in new zealand...obviously launch it up high enough so as i can escape!
