if you love him, you will get him to a doctor fast..
if he loves you, he will hold off having any sort of sexual encounter with you until he's seen the doctor and gotten tested, gotten the results for the tests, and gotten treated for whatever std he has.
remember, even oral sex can ensure you getting it from him.
if you have any doubt that you might also have it in the meantime, when you go along with him to the docs, get tested yourself. some symptoms take longer to show up in women, or they simply stay dormant for years, and you can end up being sterile and not being able to have children..not to mention dying of infections of sorts.

is it really spots or is it bits of dried come ( depends when u had sex and he had a shower last ) but if not it could be very contageous get it checked immediatly could be a life /dearh situation if it is serious and he doesnt get it sorted could be an STD so get it sorted . do not I REPEAT DO NOT HAVE SEXUAL INTERCAUSE OR ANY SEXUAL TOUCHING this germ could be passed on also may be an std that may be passed on by kissing so dont do anything till u go the doctor ( no blow * job*s could be passed on that way ( through kissing ^ ^ )

white spots could be herpies which is very contagious do not have sex with him until he has been to his doctor and been checked by the way miss i'm an RN

You have to protect yourself so no matter what he says, dont sleep with him until he goes to a dr. Never heard of the white spots but it cant be good.

If he is very clean, perhaps its only due to excess of cleanness. But still he needs to check that, because it can get really nasty. Don't get to close to that. He may have an infection...
