You should get to know her first, even if it is just a quick chat, make sure you talk about her ask her what she likes etc.. Then you will find that when you ask her out she is more likely to say yes.

Well I'm a girl, so I'll look at it from the girls point of view.

of course get to now her first ..... if you know her before you ask her out you can do everything right when you go out you will already kw what she lkes and do everything with her that she loves and that way if you get to know before you get with her she warms up to you and you to her so you won't be nervous when you are dating.... of course it is still your choice imean if yo get to know eachother first then she could decide to tell you no when you ask her out cuz she feels like you are becoming more of her friend than a boyfriend or a love but you have to deide which one you would rather have the friend or the girl friend now that doesn't always happen se could feel close enough to feel safe when she's with yo or too close to be with you.

Actually either way works. My girlfriend and I talked online and by phone for a week getting to know each other prior to our first date. We found that this really helped out because we already knew so much about each other and could talk about our mutual interests. When our first date came around we were so comfortable around each other it was almost like we had known each other for ever.

i think you should get to know a girl before you ask her out. you need to know what she likes the basic stuff. once you get past that then you will what makes her happy and where to take her too on your dates.

Just do like this one. You better know about her in about half of her personality i mean after a long time you wathching her, after that you could ask her out and ask her about her personality. When you do this you could lease know about her at least a little bit about her if she doesn't want to tell you about her personality.

first off i don't ask girls out but you should really get to know them first then if you seem to like them a lot more then you should ask her out.
