Wow....talk about major damage. Bleach is bad on its own! The best thing for damaged hair is to cut it. If you decide to cut it short length, but not all of it, then just trim it every 6 weeks until all the yucky hair is gone.
*Be nice to your hair. Although it is just hair and it grows back...I know what it's like to do something to it that you will regret later. Oil treatments like VO5 are great!

The first thing to do, is to not buy any "special" shampoo & conditioner. The chemicals will make it worse. Go to a salon and ask for a special treatment that may help the hair itself--don't do it yourself.
If you want a healthy color, ask them which one would be healthy enough...don't ever bleach your hair if it is black! Maybe go with a brown to make it look natural, but yet hve a change.

Sorry to say, but your hair is probably damaged beyond help. Wait till it grows out a little and start trimming off the ends - where the worst damage is.

Sorry to say girl, but your hair is dead! Fried and dyed. I say, get a cute short haircut and start all over again.
