Well I would say they both do equally , just in two different ways. Men enjoy it much more on a physical view as women tend to be more emotional. Although there are some men and women who can be opposite but it is rare.

When they make love, both enjoy. If they are just having sex, then its a different matter; the woman or the man might enjoy more than the other based on their own sexual skills as well as the partners.

Probably ladies, because they just relax and enjoi it. Men need to work hard, so, they get little distracted from enjoyment.

Women enjoy it more because not only can they have multiple orgasms but they have more nerve endings in the clitoris. It's probably more euphoric but men enjoy it well enough.
