You could call the vet, or check out the stores. They have little baby bottles for animals, and you can buy animal formula. The formula runs about 10 to 15$ a can. I feed my pups, when mom was getting close to weaning them, some baby rice cereal and formula. Mix it together, and depending on how thick or thin you want it. My pups ate it fine. But it is going to be a lot of work for you. They have to be fed every two , to four hours. They might be hard to feed at first, but you will have to keep trying. I know it might sound mean, but if you can't do it by bottle, stick their faces in a dish, so they can smell what your offering them. Then keep working with them, and hopefully they will get the hang of it, and go on their own. Good luck with the kitten's, and it was good of you to do this.

I'm not completely sure if you should feed the kittens a milk supplement. As humans, we are the only species that need milk or dairy after infancy. I'm sure that the kittens can lead healthy lives without formula. But I would moisten dry food for them to eat. Also, when one of my kittens was starving, my vet recommended feeding him chicken noodle soup through an eye dropper, then putting it on the plate and slowly wheening them onto dry food. It worked.

KMR is one of the best and most readily available milk replacer for kittens. It's what we used for 12 kittens this young.

There is the milk replacer and weaning formula.
It's made by Pet AG. Here is their web site: http://www.petag.com/products_sub.asp?CategoryID=2

There are more things to know with kittens this young as previous posted have added. Here is one good article on "Talk to the Vet":

If you think there is any problem, go to the vet. If you plan on keeping them, getting them checked out first thing is a very good idea.
Good luck!!

Please take them to your local veterinarian to make sure they are not dehydrated first. You can buy kitten milk replacer (KMR) at probably any vet's office that treats cats. I would also start offering canned kitten food in the next week or so. (slightly warm and slightly watered down)
If less than 3 weeks, you may need to stimulate their anal and urethra areas to get them to defecate and urinate. If you have further questions, or need walked through something, do not hesitate to call your local humane society or vet's office.

kittens that young should still be getting milk. You can get that from the vet or some grociery stores.

I think you can also start giving them some solids...but only a little.

Good luck

Formulated kitten milk. Cow and goat's milk make cats really sick, most cats are loactose tolerant.
