My friends and me live in West Los Angeles, CA. We are kinda of bored with all the stuff that we usually do, such as shopping, eating, drinking, clubbing, etc; and we have visited most of the place in Los Angeles, Orange Counry, San Bernandino, or somewhere within 1-2 hours from LA. So, do you guys have any suggestion where we should go for a weekend? It can be from 2-10 hours driving or nice place that you think we should have visit. Please write if you have any suggestion on what we should do to find a new places. Thanks for your help....

Hearst Castle in San Simeon Bay. The tour is amazing and the beach is beautiful. It's close enough for a day trip and well worth the drive. Purchase your tour tickets online before you go-- they can sell out sometimes. And be sure you get the Imax movie package that they offer.

I would definetly say drive up north to San Francisco. I LOVE SF! There is ALOT to do, see, shop, eat. And all the places in between are beautiful too. Must sees: Ghiradelli Square, Fishermans' Wharf, you gotta try the clam chowder in the bread bowl! Shopping downtown, China Town. Lots of fun!!!

Go wine tasting in Temecula. While you're out there, go for a ride in a hot air balloon.
