how do itell my brothers freind that i like him and want to go out with him? i give him signels and he gives them back but then my brother comes into the room and he acts all cool.when my brother is not around and it is just us he is always staring at me.

Write it in a note how you feel about him or ring him up if you know his no.Its probably true that he likes you as well by the sounds of it so try and ask him when you 2 are alone.

Maybe he likes you too. But tell him that you like him and also tell him not to tell your brother! Because my Mom always says that my brother is in the best position because we have a pool in our backyard and my friends are always in tiny skirts and swimming suits...And When my friends like my brother or his friends then they tell me to tell them.

I don't think you should. Unless you know he feels the same way. If he doesn't then it would be uncomfortable for you, as well as him and your brother. I would say wait until you know a little more information.

Well clearly you have to talk to him when your brother is not around. Ask him to meet you someplace alone and then see what happens.

get naked when your brother leaves the room, the he will go for it, unless he stares because he is wondering why you hang with your brother and his friends.
