Im an Ayurvedic doctor, currently on H4 VISA in US .I wish to study MD doctor of medicine in US .pl guide me?

Please let me know what are the exams i need to take

Contact the medical board of the state that you are living in. I do not know the exact laws. I do know however that the laws differ state by state. There are also federal laws. Also I know that the USA will accept education from some countries but not from others. Hence my beginning suggestion.

Contact the admissions office at a few medical schools and explain to them what you would like to do and they will provide you with the information you need.
