technically you're a virgin coz your hymen is not broken [right??] but emotionally you're maturing quickly.
the only warning i would make with masturbation is that studies show it becomes addictive..so eventually you might be more reluctant to have sex with your spouse and choose to pleasure yourself instead. so, watch out for that.
secondly, and this is important, you said you know what to expect when you actually do it. if you base your first time experience around expectations, you will become frigid, confused and will not be able to be natural by going with the flow. be open, look forward to surprises and don't underestimate sex or your first experience especially...especially if you're a girl. and beware that it's not just a matter of having sex and losing your virginity and then it's all done. you might be in some pain, you will most likely have some bleeding after your hymen is torn..so while cyber sex makes it all look predictable and as though you have it all figured out, beware of these facts and please be realistic...and always, always be safe. use at least a condom.

Yes, you are still a virgin. Yes, it is OK to cyber ... provided you are old enough. Yes, it is OK to masterbate and if cybering helps ... it is no different than looking at a sexy magazine, reading a sexy story, watching a movie etc. Just don't meet your cyber partner. Other than that ... enjoy yourself !!!!
