well like i know it doesnt matter but like she asian(filipino) so like yeah maybe she has tradition. But like any good avdice?

I don't know how old you are, so the fact that she is Filipino might come into play if she is older (I'm only 19 so older to me is 30 and up). Filipino tradition is a little bit more conservative than American. But even so, you will know when she wants to... if she looks at you for long periods of time (especially at your lips) she is probably thinking about kissing you. Best way to know... just ask her. Say that you would really like to kiss her, but if she is not ready you won't press the issue. If she says she's not ready, then tell her that you ARE, and it's up to her. Then, if she wants to, she can, and if she doesn't, she won't.

When she seems like shes stalling for time that means shes waiting for you to make the move... dont feel bad if you get it wrong just remember the 90/10 law you go 90% let her go the other 10% actually ive learned that anything over 50 will work for you girls have learned to pick up on this movement.

the feeling will be kind of akward, its when you go for ahug, but the head kinda moves a lil towards the center, and maybe there will just be some spark. it isnt a certian time, or place, my friend was dating his gf for 4 months before they kissed, but me and my girl, mazey, were makin out on the 4th date =) it depends on the mood.

Go for a romantic walk, hold her hands, tell her how beautiful she is and kiss her! So easy! Forget things as tradition. If you want to kiss her, just kiss her. Be gently and romantic! That's all!!!
