I was born and raised in the U.S. I am a proud American but I am also proud of my telugu roots. My folks neglected to make sure we really learned telugu. I understand my parents and other people to an extent, everyday talking but I would really like to be fluent. Is anybody out there willing to lead me in the right direction?

Spend more time with native speakers using only Telugu, immerse yourself totally in a Telugu speaking environment.
