I should think the risk would be nonexistant, because HIV is transferred by blood to blood contact. or through sex, so unless one player has it,get cut, then another player get a cut , then the two cuts meet up.....

This is taken from an article from the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine (AMSSM) and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM):

"Occupational data provide strong resumptive evidence that sports-related transmission of HIV is unlikely. However, despite the negative data, the theoretical chance is not zero for HIV transmission in situations in sports in which significant blood exposures to open wounds could occur. However, the risk is sufficiently small that we are not able to quantify it."

HIV doesn't transfer through playing sports it transfers through the blood, yeah you might want to educate yourself a little bit more on the subject

if you have a cut/ sore and another person with the HIV has an open cut or sore and your blood or body fluids come in contact yes you can

but im pretty sure your fine, unless your rubbing open cuts together
