My husband is on antibiotics for prostateitous. Can he still be fertile on antibiotics?

Depends on the antibiotic. Some antibiotics will temporarily affect sperm. However, since he has prostatitis, his sperm and ejacuation are automatically affected by the inflammation of his prostate. It would be best to wait until he is healthy before hoping for a pregnancy.

Yes he can but be careful. When a man takes anitbiotics and has sex with a woman then she can actually get some of the antibiotics in her system from the semen. That isnt really a big deal but antibiotics can cause yeast infections in women and that can be a real pain in the butt (no pun intended) when trying to conceive.

You should try taking some acidophilus while trying to conceive with him on antibiotics. Acidophilus helps prevent yeast infections and you can get it at health stores.
