A woman goes into a restaurant in a small town in Newfoundland. She orders the chicken and starts to eat. Eating too fast she starts to choke on a chicken bone.
Buford and Buck 2 redneck boys in the next booth notice she is choking. So they get up and go over to help her. Buford drops his coveralls and bends over and then Buck starts licking his butt.
The choking woman watches these two go at it and is so grossed out she starts spewing up all over the place, dislodging the chicken bone from her throat.
Buford pulls his overalls back up and says to Buck "You're right, that hind-lick maneuver works like a charm."

Thats funny but here is the way I heard it,
Fred and Ed were sitting in a coffee shop, when a beautiful woman in a long flowing dress walks in. She sits at the counter and orders breakfast. When her food is delivered, she starts to gobble her food in as though she was starving,she starts to choke on her bacon piece. Fred and Ed sees this happening and runs over to help her out. Fred lifts up the woman long flowing dress and pulls her panties down, she tries to get away from them, when all of a sudden Ed licks her butt cheeks, By surprise her bacon finally flies out of her mouth and she's gasping for more air. Fred and Ed hear she is breathing , they stand up and look at each other and say" Thats how the Hineylick removal is done.
