What is the best area to visit in Cornwall? And what is there to do? I am looking for beaches and a GREAT place to stay.

Some parts of Cornwall are nice, there are plenty of good beaches at places like Pentewan and Portreath but be aware that in July and August most of Cornwall is overcrowded.

Yes, I've been to Cornwall, it's lovely, I recommend the cream tea and the ice-cream.
