We are very happy together and have the best time of our life. I am afraid to loose this feeling and eventually have a boring and unsatisfying live.

I can only speak from personal experience-I had an arranged marriage-as I got to know my spouse better, over time my love for her only grew. I was just 21, and my wife just 18. A little before I married I thought that I would never ever care for a girl, because the one I loved left me heartbroken and lonely when she moved to another country.

Coming back to my spouse-it's now twenty-five years since we've been married and I can't imagine how I lived before I married. We know each other so well, that even the smallest expression on my spouse's face that most people wouldn't even notice speaks volumes to me, and my wife also seems to understand me as well.

I always forget what the earlier girl who left me heartbroken looks like, but, in all my spare time from work, on waking and sleeping the one face that is always in front of my eyes, smiling, loving, caring, a joy is that of my wife, and she claims the same. It's almost as if we are one and not two separate beings!
I wish you both all the best in your life too!

True love matures and developes. That doesn't necessarily mean that the "flame dies" as much as the intial lust and passion takes a more meaningful path and developes into a deep, and nurturing friendship.

While the way you show your love for each other may differ from when you first got together, your later expressions of love will still be satisfying and enriching.

The romantic passion tends to die after a while, yes, but the relationship doesn't get boring (or at least it doesn't have to).

Love can last a lifetime, if the relationship's healthy.

"Fake love", on the other hand (infatuation, lust, limerence, whatever you call it) usually goes away after a only few months, so avoid it in any way you can.

Perhaps, but if it does, it is replaced by a feeling of comfort like your favorite pair of jeans.
