Depends on your state's laws. All but one are 18 without parental consent. Some are younger with parental consent or a court order.
But, one should be able to spell and type and be mature enough to look these things up on their own before even considering marriage.

You have to 18 to do it without your parents signing a consent form. And its spelled married. You can't type without serious mistakes yet. I don't think you are quite ready to be married. If you can make it till you are 18 and can marry under your own consent, more power to you. If you can't wait, you're jumping the gun.

Trust me you would not want to be married at 13. There is so much more to your life that you havent done yet. Plus you would never legally be able to.
