I would appreciate if someone answers this in the light of Canadia laws keeping in mind that all his children are adults now?

They might, unless he's stated otherwise in his will. So long as he's left it all to you, they won't get anything. Just depends on how he has thing's set up.

Yes, the kids who are adults now have rights. The only way to change this would be to have a will, and your husband decide how he wants things to be divided.

Don't know about Canadian laws, but in general, if there is no will the estate will be divided evenly between the wife and children, regardless of their age.
