I met a guy about two years ago, and due to some crazy circumstances going on in my life at the time, I moved in with him for a few months...untilI could get back on my feet. We were basically boyfriend/girlfriend the entire time I lived there- we at least acted like it anyway. I was crazy about the guy- still am....we're great friends. However, it seems like *everyone* except me seems to think he's gay. True, he's extrememly metro....(hair products, manerisms, shopping, etc.) But, I just can't seem to make myself belive it could be true. He's got TONS of girls/friends...always out with one or another. I just don't know, though.....and I HAVE asked- and of course the answer is no. Blah....I just wish I knew for sure. What do you think?

If he was gay he would tell you. You can't make that judgement for yourself. I have a hairdresser that I thought was gay, no question. He had the mannerisms and everything. Then he started talking about his wife. That totally threw me. I also use to work with this totally beautiful girl at a cosmetic counter. She was totally feminine but I found out later she was lesbian. I never would have guesses. I never judge by appearance anymore.

Sounds like right now he isn't gay but might be going down that path. He could have told you that he wasn't gay because he might be embarrassed because you guys were so close. Its hard to determine right now, wait it out and see.

there are some men that are feminine, but not gay. becuz of there upbringing. they might have been raised by just women. if you feel in your heart that he is not, then go with it. don't belive everyone else. if he said no, go with that, until you see with your own eyes that he is with another man intimately

have you seen him with guys (in his room)?
does it really matter if he's gay or not?
the two of you are only friends so just keep it that way.
if you're trying to get with him then its a problem because your not sure if he's gay or not.
all i can say is that he's not because he told you he wasn't
