You need a guest list, a place to hold the shower, invitations, decor (balloons, streamers), some game ideas, her to register for gifts somewhere, some snacks, punch, plates, napkins, silverware, cups, some cheap prizes for the games you play, camera.

First make a menu. Something everyone will love and don't get anything your cousin can't eat since she's been pregnant. Then do a guests list. If you're corny like I am make sure you do games like: name that baby food, how big is the belly, and all that other crazy stuff. And if your cousin hasn't already, start a gift registry.

I would go to the library and borrow a book on the subject--there are many good ideas there for themes, games, foods to serve. Ask her for a list of guests, and be sure to include all close family members, even if they do not live nearby. They will appreciate being included in this special time!

Do some reasearch online for planning a babyshower. One thing not to forget, ask for help with planning ideas and cost from other family and friends of the expectant mom to be.

well find out who her friends are and what her favorite animal is.
get the cake, food, invitations. instead of litlle stuff bc you know that is what everyone else will do, you by her one big gift.
games .....
baby bottles different stuff in it and they have to guess whats in it,
getting them to fixi baby diapers with ravioli in it, beef stew, stuff.
make it fun and dont forget the camera, and lots of food stuff rem. she is preg.
