I've just had my 21st and was made up with everything i got n i think she'll b the same.
If she av in a party y nt pay for her nails done or make-up done professionally or if not what bout bottle of campaign and a nice 21 glass 4 her 2 drink out of

Well if she likes to drink, get her either a case of whatever kind of beer she likes or if she's a whiskey drinker like me, get her wild turkey or crown royal. She will have a 21st b-day she will never forget. Or if she don't drink get her a really cool outfit you know she'll love. Girls love clothes

I don't know her personality, but if she's anything like my 21 year old niece - and you have an Athena shop in your town - they have ceramic handbags, and vases, which are decorated with pictures of make-up, lipstick, brushes, etc, i thought it was really funky, and my niece loved it!!
