You just sit down and talk to her. There is always sibling rivlery, but you can close your end of the deal. Try not to get mad at what she says, she just wants an arguement. And when she does something wrong, take the blame for it. It takes time for her to notice that it isn't good to hate your sibling, so just wait. Try your hardest and go with your gut. You love your sister, and if you want arguing to stop, just stop talking back to her. The only way to argue is for two people to be involved. (It's a creative discussion when you talk to yourself).

Than tell her any of your secrets (that's not to dangerous for you) and talk to her about anything that happened to you, while pretending that you need advise from her. She will consider that you are being her friend also.
Buy her a special present, like bracelet, book or movie that she likes....
Give her a ride when she wants to go to visit any of her friends.
If you do these things she will feel more close to you and then she will be nice to you also. Try....

Try getting along with her by letting her have boyfreinds w/out hating him.But still to watch and ask her what he does to her, in case.O and dont hang around her TOO MUCH because then she'll think that she doesnt have enough space.
