I would have chocolate.
10 reasons chocolate is better than sex.
1-When you have chocolate it does not keep you neighbors awake.
2- You are never too young or too old for chocolate.
3-Good chocolate is not hard to find.
4-With chocolate there's no need to fake it.
5-You can ask a stranger for chocolate without getting your face slapped.
6-You can have chocolate on top of your desk during office hours without upsetting your co-workers.
7-The word "commitment" doesn't scare off chocolate.
8-You can make chocolate last as long as you want it to.
9-You can safely have chocolate while you are driving.
10-You can GET chocolate.

When i get stressed out i just go 2 my room close the door and turn on the radio or put in my cd. I just let the music take me 2 away and then i fall asleep.

I put on my running shoes and i go for a long jog --that helps me a lot ---then i go to a quiet place meditate for 20-to 30 minutes and all the stress is gone!!!

I do strenuous exercise or heavy duty housework. I accomplish something and the endorphins produced by the exercise calm me down.

scream...pull hair...drink a bottle of booze....throw up...scream some more.....really i try to distract myself from whatever is stressing me, and take a handful of tylenol.
