Tell your friend or keep quiet and hope she does not find out?

My best friend's boyfriend (also my collegue) is having an affair at the office, behind my friends bac...do i tell her or just shut up!

No, you should not tell your friend. You should keep your mouth shut or you'll end up in the middle of it, and that's NOT good. You could tell your friends boyfried that if he keeps it up she WILL find out and if he asks you to "cover for him" tell him NO.
I learned this little lesson from experience. I told a friend of mine once that her significant other was out with someone else. She dropped him and then pined away for him for months. They made up and got back together, but our friendship was toast because I had been the "messanger". Don't go there. If she ever questions you and says "didn't you KNOW?", say "no...I didn't notice what he was doing". This isn't your doing, and it isn't your problem.

Ooh that sucks. With you being her best friend, I think you should tell her. If she was just a co-workers girlfriend then I wouldn't tell. My best friend works with me, and do doesn't my boyfriend and hers. I would want her to tell me if she knew my guy was cheating, as I know she would want me to tell her. You are best friends with her. I wouldn't keep a secret like that from her. You never know if this guy is using protection with either of them, so for her health and safety, tell her!!

Personally, I would feel responsible to tell her if she were my friend. But you must think about what you would want your friend to do if she were in your place. Would you want her to tell you or just keep it on the D.L.? For me, being honest as a friend is a true sign of being a loving friend.

as a friend you tell her.... he's going to lie to her about it, and she may not beleive you, but if she finds out later that you knew about it and didn't tell her, it will be way worse....

tell her becasue you dont want you BFF to be cheated on but ifd you want her cheated on keep quiet i agree i would want a friend to tell me
