do a search on google for home loans interest....i assume your thinking home loans...

Unfortunately, it's hard to say what type of rates without placing an application that would be offered for homes. The credit score plays a part in it, but there are several issues to consider also. Being a loan officer, I could have an application placed thru my company to see what's offered. Just call 832-687-0307 if seriously interested. Thanks

interest rates all depend on your personal credit rating

you need to find out what's going on on your credit report (try www.freecreditreport.com) and fix that

once you repair your credit you should be able to get a great rate on a loan

I went to Country Wide 2 weeks ago, and there rates were not bad at all.

Credit union usually have lower rates.
