Unfortunately, it's hard to say what type of rates without placing an application that would be offered for homes. The credit score plays a part in it, but there are several issues to consider also. interest rates all depend on your personal credit rating
you need to find out what's going on on your credit report (try www.freecreditreport.com) and fix that
once you repair your credit you should be able to get a great rate on a loan
