The city of Atlanta I would suggest staying away from unless you are going to live in the upper scale areas and send your children to private schools. If you are looking for public schools, check out the suburbs. The better schools are in the northern and eastern counties and a few in the southern counties. It all depends on what you want your children's education and safety to be. I grew up in a suburb of Atlanta and it has drastically changed over the last few years.

The job market, depending on the job, can be pretty good. A lot of major companies have their headquarters here. There is a lot to see and do for the kids, so growing up here is great. You have the city, the mountains are an hour away and there is always something going on.

I can recommend some areas for you depending on how far of a commute you want. And expect a commute of atleast an hour or more depending on where you want to live in relation to work and school. Just send an IM to me at southrntrnzplnt.
