the felony 5 is in ohio for an old warrant for passing bad checks. Its not me by the way its my husband.

That will depend on which State you are referring to, each State has its own classification for crimes as well as the recommended time for each classification. check your local statutes on line or at your local library. You could be more specific and I could answer a bit more specific

What the heck is a Felony 5?? it must be specific to your area, we have no such thing! From the sound of it I would presume that it is on the high end of the Felony scale...look at 15-30 but that is nothing more than a guess.
