I want to take him somewhere nice but I don't want it to be expensive.I also really want him to enjoy it because it's for his 13th birthday. Help Me!

Alright. he's 13 so the options are limited(strip-clubs are out unless you have fake id's...kidding). 13 year old guys usually like sports. It's summer, depending where you are you can usually find a minor league or college baseball team where getting in to watch is relatively free or cheap. If you live near the beach, alot of places do classic movies on the beach. Bring a blanket and cuddle. (yes, guys do like holding girls...) If he's into comics/baseball cards/ video games, sometimes local civic centers/ sports arenas will do conventions which are free t get into and you can walk around and see stuff(it's guy shopping!)

Why not just see a movie.
X men 3 was decent.
Also, I'd love to go for a walk with a girl for a bday present.
Do you have a park or something nearby?

go to the bridge to see a movie then u can go to the philly diner across the street to eat something and top it off with a walk in the park across from that and ice cream from ben and jerry's

If you live alone, get some rose pedals and have a picnic in your livingroom, after you eat give him a massage and do a strip tease for him.
or take him to eat and to a club.
