Yes, it is. They are known as asexual.
An asexual person can be attracted to one or two genders but not in a sexual way. They can have the requirements to be emotional etc. but sex doesn't factor.
It works in a similar way to bisexuality. A bisexual is attracted to a person NOT the gender (but may have the requirement for physical sex). Similarily, a heterosexual can be attracted to the person NOT the body (which is removing looks from the equation).
Hence, an Asexual is attracted to a person NOT the act of physical sex.

I thought asexual meant you had no gender.... But I think the phrase here is voluntary celebacy - but of course, correct me if I'm wrong.

probaly. if you can be atratted to both why not? and if your free of all the crud that comes with relationships you could have a very productive life.
