Aspirin in the first trimester isn't terrible. The second trimester isn't all that bad either. It's the last trimester that causes the problems. Aspirin thins the blood and can cause problems with bleeding in labor and delivery. Also, there is always the chance of Rye syndrom. You are FINE! Just stop using it. Get a book called " what to expect while your expecting" It will answer alot of this stuff.

I personally think you will be just fine and so will the baby. I was the same way didn't want to hurt the baby in any way.
I think since it is on the outside of the body and gets washed away soon after you'll be fine. It is just if it gets into your blood system.
Your baby will just fine, don't worry, that will do harm too.
Good luck on your pregnancy.

I think that the face wash will be fine. Its just when you ingest apirin that wouldn't be good for you. IIts acetysalicylic acid that is harmful to you when ingested.
