Hormone in balance, menopause, smoking can all contribute to facial hair in women.
And if they shave it off it will start growing in like a mans , all stubbly.
The best is to wax or use hair remover for faces.

pretty much everyone has hair on their upper lip, but a good majority of women have barely any and it's light. however women with darker hair have more visible and sometimes thicker layers of it!
