The U.S government still has the death penalty. If he is caught alive, a quick trial and then a gallows should be erected at the WTC site for a public execution. Not one with a trap door either, let him "dangle and strangle" while he looks upon the family and friends of those he murdered, play the video of the planes crashing into the WTC, that is indelibly burned into our hearts and minds. Or if you don't want the death penalty, just put him in general population of any prison in America...
He deserves everything he gets for starting all of this, every death of every innocent civilian killed in Iraq and Afghanistan, every soldier from every country killed is due to him. He has a lot to answer for.
Osama bin Hidin must pay.

He will receive neither as he will not be caught.
Mr Bush and the UN stand to gain far too much by the continuation of this Global War on Terror.
What is it the Carlyle Group, a company Mr Bush and Osama have a vested interest in, make?
Weapons. Much needed in war.
What is it that is masking the real intention of controlling the worlds Oil supply, especially to China? The Global War on Terror.
What has always been the Bush family business? Oil.
Catching Osama would effectively mean pulling out of a few countries, and that is just not on the Agenda.
Bush believes China needs to be put back into it's place. It's economy is staggering, and it is showing no signs of slowing.
Rumsfeld has recently questioned why China is spending on Arms. What do think the reason is Don? They want to protect their assets and ensure you know they will not be pushed around like a third world country.
I personally think that Bush, Osama, Saddam, Rumsfeld, Condeliza Rice, Blair, Koffi Anan, The Neo-Conservatives, and anyone else that openly supports this campaign should be put into a grand worldwide TV show, whereby all of them are placed upon an island, naked, given basic Neanderthal tools and told last one to survive gets off. Makes for better entertainment then Big Brother.

Prison! Nobody has the right to kill another person. If we killed him we would be doing just what he did except perhaps that he killed innocents, but we would be allowing him to die a martyr! Everyone dies, where's the punishment in that? In prison he'll have time to discover a concience and no doubt the other prisioners and prison wardens will come up with their own way of ensuring justice is served, and at the end of it all he'll still die! I know there are lots of arguments in favour of the death penalty but in my opinion it is an easy way out for people who don't deserve for things to be made easier for them!

Personally I can`t see Osama going through a trial or accepting the death penalty.I think he would rather blow himself up first considering his cause.

Learn the truth about 9/11. before you open your mouths and parrot-ly repeat what you hear. Use your brains to think. Loving our country does not mean hating others.
Learn the truth before opening your mouth.

He would have to be killed. To keep him alive would be to risk his escape. On the other hand, killing him would only strengthen taliban hatred.
So since his capture would only increase hatred, we should dress him as an american, and make him speak american english. That would suitably ***** slap their beliefs!
