yes. they use laser to take it out. it also costs more.

A tatoo digged on the skin cannot be removed i beleive.
Still may be you will have to go for a surgery

No, but I'd love to get this Winnie the Pooh off my ankle. From what I have read, it takes several laser treatments, unlike a tattoo only taking one session and can also leave the look of scar tissue in the area. I would find that uglier than the tattoo.

a friend of mine is currently in the process of having one removed. She says it does hurt worse since getting a tattoo normally involves only one visit, she is currently on her third visit for removal. Ouch!

i haven't had one removed but i've heard experiences about it. they use laser removal and it has be done over several sessions because the laser doesn't take out the color right away on the first try. i hear it's extremely painful. and it's very expensive it runs up to several hundred dollars per square inch, per session.

ya i got one removed, it doesn't hurt really, but getting a tattoo doesn't hurt that bad. That could just be me. Go ahead be strong, put your mind in a happy place. :) good luck (:
