Have you ever seen the light at the end of a tunnel?

Many poeple who nearly die or are in a coma and come out, talk about this tunnel. Have you ever seen it or know of someone who has?

once, when i was into regression meditation. i was 'flashing' thru a tunnel @ a very high speed. i saw a light in front of me.
however, i panicked & came out of the regression meditation. i think it's the speed that scares me badly. i can feel my 'mind' racing towards the tunnel.
i tried to go into that state again, for several times, but i failed. i can't get that 'effect' ever since.
