I'm 15 years old, I'm 5.1 (162 cm), what can I do to increase my height, I'll do excercise, different types of nutrition, just give me a list of things to do, or a daily schedule to follow.

don't repeat the talks about genes, because I know that.

But anything will do.

Checking for a hormone imbalance might or might not tell you anything useful because you may or may not have gone through puberty yet. Guys continue to grow to their mid twenties, so you might get a nice surprise height wise in a year or two. My son put on about 3 inches of height each year for the past couple of years (he's almost 16 and almost 6' tall). It never hurts to talk to a doctor about health concerns. Look at the height norm for the men in your family - how tall did they get? Some say that if you double the height you were at 3 years old, that is how tall you would be as an adult. Do you have a growth chart to refer to?

What ever the outcome, don't sweat it. There is not much you can deliberately do or not do (other than outright malnutrition) that will affect your growth.

Good luck!

ok well all i can say is that you are lucky! i come from an asian background and most of us are short@sses. im 16 and i am only 155cm. the truth is that most girls stop growing at the age of 16 in height wise. thats the truth. but if you have a good family background then you are likely to still grow. if you are taller than your parents the chances if you growing taller arent so high. another simple fact of life is that you can't do anything to increase your height. people that say if you swim then you can grow taller is a load of crap. im sorry to say but it does depend on your genes. the traits that your parents pass to you. im most likely going to stay 155cm for life. thats it of it. im taller than my parents as well. try drinking milk though

No, you cannot increase your height, sorry. You can do exercises and eat well, which will make you healthy, strong and able to grow to the height you may ultimately reach, but there's no way to make yourself grow faster or taller than you're "supposed" to (genetically speaking, which you already know!)

On a side note, I went to high school with a kid who was shorter than me the whole way through school (I'm 5'6"), and I saw him about a year after graduation and he'd shot up to about 5'11". You may just have to wait longer to reach your full height.

You can't increase your height, sorry it is all about genetics. The only thing you can do is live as healthy a lifestyle as possible, but it's not going to help you grow.

You might have some natural growing left to do.
Just make sure you have a good balanced diet, with fresh fruit and veg, and let nature do the rest

hey, i'm 15 and i'm just 5'2

well as usual, people say drink your milk everyday and stuff but getting the right nutrition is good too. sleeping early or taking naps during the afternoon works too.

I don't think its possible.
You're 15. I stopped growing when I was in the 6th grade (like 12ish)

Drink milk.. It makes your bones grow.
Wish I could help you, I'd like to grow a few inches myself.

the answer is no...you still have 2-3 years to go before you reach your total height....just stretch and excercize and your body will respond...but as for height...that is purely genetics.
