Season tilapia filets both sides with Old Bay Seafood Seasoning or other and place in baking dish (aluminum foil dish if used on grill). Genererously sprinkle extra virgin olive oil over it, add same amount of white wine (Pinot Grigio works good), finely chop fresh garlic on top. If desired spread a handful of precooked shrimp on top. Finish with finely chopped parsley or chives.

My family puts the dish on the top rack of the BBQ grill for about 10 - 15 minutes, until fish gets flaky and done.
In oven I bake it at 350 F for about 15 - 20 minutes, until flaky and done.

Filet the tilapia, put in glass pan skin side down. Squeeze fresh lime juice over it, and sprinkle paprika over it in a healthy dose.

Pour a tablespoon of olive oil between the fillets.

Bake at 350 for 12 - 14 minutes.

Serve with steamed veggies and rice.

Yum.

Bake in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes then arrange it on a platter and top with mayonnaise mixed with lime juice and top with sliced black olives. Doesn't sound too good but is wonderful.

Brush with a little olive oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper or your favorite seasoning. Broil for about 3 min or bake in foil for about 8-10.

Grill it , first rub a little amount of olive oil on both sides, put a good seasoning for seafood on and place on grill. Don't overcook it. or it will become too dry, I enjoy slicing thin slices of onion and fresh dill. Place in stick proof grilling device and enjoy
